Please note: From April 2020 onwards Epson now requires that the print head must be Installed by our Distributor (not included, please see Installation fee). The free shipping attached to this product relates to the shipping of the repaired printer back to you ONLY. The unit must be sent/dropped off to the distributor (located in NSW) at your own cost. Barcoder can arrange printer pick-up from selected suburbs and towns for an additional fee. Please contact us to confirm before ordering.

Install took about 15 minutes to figure out, but once I did it was an easy swap for 10 of our units and saved on buying new ones.
Results are good as new on all units and will keep our fingers crossed on life span.
Customer service was also top notch.
